Tracking customer satisfaction
Ardep is a company that always focuses on achieving customer satisfaction by offering its service at international standards. For this certification, a detailed project plan was prepared and analyzed, after which business process flow charts were drawn up. This was followed by efficiency analysis, risk assessment and environmental impact evaluations. Areas with room for improvement were identified and modified; also, operational differences between regions were eliminated. |

The document infrastructure required by these standards was developed and a Quality Documentation Management System (QDMS) software was put into place to make it possible to carry out and monitor the necessary tasks. Customer recommendations and complaints can be received, recorded and monitored via Ardep's web site. This information is used to take necessary measures, plan a course of action and pursue every possible opportunity for increasing customer satisfaction. |
